Avoid food stuffs such as meat which contains hormones and substances that will put you hormones out of balance, and in turn causing acne. Substitute this with a lot of fiber, fruits, and vegetables. Juniper is one of the best natural antiseptic antringent. Use it as your facial cleaner and a toner to block and treat acne.
